3. Bond Approval
When your bond is approved, the next step begins securing building plan approval from the local municipality.
4. Municipal Approval
Your chosen house plan is submitted to the municipality. Once approved, everything is set for construction to begin.
5. Construction Begins
Our professional development team starts building your home. From foundation to final finishes, the building process takes approximately 3 to 4 months.
6. Move In
After completion, you receive the keys to your brand-new home — ready for you to move in and start your next chapter.
